The butterfly wings burst through the figure’s face like something that couldn’t wait any longer. The symmetry isn’t perfect. The softness of the wings contrasts with the stark silhouette, they almost form birds taking flight. But that’s the point.
Growth rarely looks how people expect it to.
Mekhail intentionally kept the figure faceless; anonymous but powerful. A mirror for anyone who's been through something that changed them so deeply, they wouldn’t recognize who they were before.
